  Got some shoes online from them after checking them out in person. Great quality, fantastic selection and a great price. Felt like a valued customer and the shoes have out lasted the last three pairs I've owned already, can't ask for more.

  Appalling customer service. I bought a pair of boots on Monday. Was told they come with a manufacturers guarantee. Wore them once, to work in a carpeted office. By lunchtime they were scuffed beyond repair. Returned them on Friday. Was told that head office would issue a refund and left the boots there. Head office called and refused to refund my £50. Apparently they consider this to be normal wear and tear. I am absolutely livid. No boots and they kept my money. Do not buy anything from these scammers!!!!!
